Our Standard
We work toward WCAG 2.1 AA. We review, test, and improve on a regular schedule.
What We’ve Done
- Keyboard friendly. You can move through pages using the keyboard.
- Clear structure. Headings, lists, and regions follow a logical order.
- Alt text. Images include helpful text alternatives.
- Color contrast. Text and controls meet contrast targets.
- Forms. Labels and messages are clear and programmatic.
- Links and buttons. Names describe the action or destination.
- Media. New training videos include captions. Transcripts available on request.
- Focus states. You can always see where you are on the page.
Ongoing Improvements
We’re still working on a few areas:
- Some older PDFs may not be fully accessible yet.
- A few legacy images may be missing detailed alt text.
- Some third-party tools (checkout, video, calendar) have limits we can’t control.

Requesting Another Format

We support current versions of major browsers and screen readers. We test with:

For the best experience, keep your browser and assistive tech up to date.
Third-Party Services
We use tools like LearnDash, WooCommerce, Constant Contact, and video platforms. We review these for accessibility, but some parts are outside our control. If a third-party feature blocks access, we’ll offer an alternative where possible.

Accessibility FAQ
1) How can I zoom the text on your site?
On Windows: press Ctrl and + to zoom in, Ctrl and – to zoom out, Ctrl and 0 to reset.
On Mac: press ⌘ and +, ⌘ and -, ⌘ and 0.
2) Can I use the site with a keyboard only?
Yes. Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between links and fields, and Enter/Space to activate buttons. Skip links and visible focus outlines help you keep your place.
3) What if a video is missing captions or a transcript?
Email support@corepmessentials.com with the video title or URL. We’ll provide captions or a transcript as soon as possible.
4) I use a screen reader. Do images have alt text?
Yes, new images include meaningful alt text. If you find an image without helpful alt text, tell us the page URL so we can fix it.
