Welcome to Core Project Management Essentials, LLC. (hereinafter referred to as “CorePME”).

Thank you for choosing CorePME for your project management education and consulting needs. Before you proceed, please take a moment to review and understand the following terms and conditions, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you (referred to as “You” or the “Authorized User”) and COREPME. By accessing and using our website, coaching and consulting services and online education system (referred to as “the Site”), you signify your acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, kindly refrain from using the Site for any purpose.

CPME reserves the right to modify the Terms of Use at any time without giving you prior notice, so be sure to check back Terms of Use periodically. Your use of the Site following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms of Use as modified.

The content, arrangement, and design of this Site are the intellectual property of COREPME and its licensors, safeguarded by copyright and other relevant intellectual property laws. You are granted permission to use the Site and its content exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes and without the right to edit or modify any part of it. Prices for our products and services are subject to change without prior notice.

USER OBLIGATIONS

By using our services, you affirm that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract and not barred from receiving services under the applicable laws of your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself during registration and beyond.

You are responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of your account and password, as well as for all activities occurring under your account. Promptly notify COREPME of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach. COREPME cannot be held liable for losses or damages stemming from your failure to adhere to this section. You are also expected to comply with local rules governing online conduct and acceptable content, in accordance with applicable laws.

Please refrain from uploading, posting, emailing, transmitting, or making available any content that:

  • Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, false, inaccurate, or invasive of another’s privacy.
  • Is bigoted, hateful, racially offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
  • Violates any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Harasses others, collects or stores personal data about other users.
  • Impersonates or misrepresents your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Spams, posts unauthorized advertising or promotional materials, or engages in any form of solicitation.
  • Contains software viruses or any other computer code intended to disrupt, damage, or limit the functionality of computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.

USER COMMUNITY DISCUSSIONS

You acknowledge and agree that COREPME may, at its discretion and without prior notice, discontinue or alter COREPME discussion groups or platforms and may restrict or terminate your access to them without liability. You are subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to discussions, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use.

By posting content, you grant COREPME a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable right and license to use, copy, distribute, create derivative works from, display, modify, reformat, transmit, and otherwise utilize such content in connection with the Site.

COREPME is not liable for the deletion or failure to store any content or information.

You agree to indemnify and hold COREPME, its officers, members, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or costs (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your content or violation of these Terms of Use.

TRADEMARK INFORMATION

The COREPME and PM Teacher logos are registered trademarks and service marks of COREPME. All other trademarks, service marks, and logos on this Site belong to their respective owners. All content on the Site is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other laws and is the property of COREPME or its licensors, partners, affiliates, or third parties. You are prohibited from using any marks or logos from the Site without express written consent from the trademark owner, except as permitted by applicable law.

Downloading, copying, reproducing, displaying, distributing, transmitting, publishing, transferring, or creating derivative works from any content or information obtained from the Site is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from COREPME.

Refund Policy

At Core Project Management Essentials, LLC, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for choosing us as your partner in personal development. Your trust in us fuels our dedication to empowering our students, and we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction remains at the core of our mission.

We understand that occasionally, a course may not fully align with your expectations, and we are here to simplify and clarify the refund process for you. Our goal is to make it as straightforward and transparent as possible, all while keeping your best interests in mind.

When you make a purchase from us, you automatically agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and this Refund Policy, which are carefully crafted to safeguard your interests and ensure a smooth journey with us.

Course Refund Terms

100% Refund Within 7 Days: If, within seven (7) days of your course purchase, you discover that the course doesn’t meet your expectations, you can request a full refund. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to provide you with peace of mind.

50% Refund Within 8-30 Days: Even if you realize within 8 to 30 days of purchasing the course that it’s not the right fit for you, there’s no need to worry. You can still receive a 50% refund of the total fees paid.

No Refund After 30 Days: Unfortunately, we won’t be able to provide a refund if your request is received after 30 days of purchasing the course.

Conditions for Eligibility

To ensure fairness for all participants, our Money Back Guarantee comes with a few conditions. This guarantee will be voided if any of the following conditions are met:

  • Accessing and completing more than one (1) training module.
  • Completing 25% or more of the practice exam.
  • Downloading any E-Books associated with the course.
  • For Instructor Led Virtual Training, the student must submit a refund request no later than eight days before the course start date to be eligible for a 100% refund.

Please note that Company reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event or change the event location due to insufficient enrollments, instructor illness, or force majeure events (such as floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.).

How to Request a Refund

For your convenience, we offer two methods to initiate a refund:

  • Submit a refund request via our website contact form. Be sure to include your order number for a swift process.
  • Contact Customer Support via phone at (877) 633-2763.

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, we will process it within ten working days. Please keep in mind that it may take up to seven business days, depending on your bank’s processing time, for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

Coaching Services – Cancellations, Renewals, and Rescheduling

You have a generous thirty (30) days after your coaching service purchase to cancel and receive a full refund. After this cancellation period ends, all purchases become final, and fees paid become non-refundable.

Should you need to initiate a refund, please contact your coach via our website contact form or reach out to our customer support at support@CorePMEssentials.com. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your initial signup, not first scheduled meeting.

End of Course Subscription Period

When your subscription is canceled or ends, your account will automatically become disabled.

Coaching Service Renewals

Our coaching plans do NOT automatically renew. You have the option to renew your subscription at the end of your plan. We do reserve the right to deny subscriptions, renewals, or other purchases for any reason. To ensure a smooth transition, please discuss your interest in renewing your plan before it expires to allow us to maintain your regular schedule.

Session Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule a coaching session, please submit your request via email with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled call time, regardless of the reason for the cancellation. No-show calls, where the client does not respond to the coach’s attempts to make contact via agreed medium will be considered as “completed calls” and will not be rescheduled.

Non-Disclosure Agreement

Both parties are required to agree to a non-disclosure agreement, ensuring the strict confidentiality of information. Neither party shall disclose any information or material to any person or entity, except information that is publicly available or becomes publicly available without the involvement of the recipient party.
